CONCEPT

The project is based on the principle of architectural purity and modern minimalism, where each line of the road and path network is well though-out and coordinated with lines of house architecture, there are no random solutions, and the entire layout is ideally adapted to the terrain and reflects the logic of human movement.

The central core is a dynamic composition of trimmed cotoneaster shrubs that interrupt to create dynamics of movement from the entrance to the end of the land plot and create an interesting perspective from the terrace that stretches off into the distance.

Garden features: strict orthogonality, purity of colors, severity of form, clear and well-developed paving unit solutions; all these attributes make the project unique and filled with non-trivial solutions.

Selection of the paving materials is laconic to the utmost extent: natural granite of three types and formats. Solutions based on stone form, texture and nobility. The combination of severe trimmed shiny cotoneaster forms setting the architectural rhythm, hidden metal edges reflecting completeness of units, perimetral large-sized plantations with noble treetop colors reflect the ideology of integrity, modernity and minimalistic approach to design solutions that have become the ideal basis of the project.
